No two pieces are exactly alike—and that’s exactly how we like it. When you purchase Raw Pearlz, you’re investing in wearable art created with intention.

01 | READY TO ORDER

Select designs on our website are available as Ready to Order. Because many pieces are created or finished specifically for you, sizing may not be selected directly on the product page. After your order is placed, a member of the Raw Pearlz team will contact you to confirm your sizing and any additional details required to complete your piece. Please ensure your email address and contact information are correct at checkout.

02 | PROCESSING + SHIPPING

Great art takes time.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for processing and shipping. This allows our team the time needed to carefully create, finish and prepare your one-of-a-kind piece. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping information. Processing times may vary for highly customized or specialty pieces. If additional time is required, our team will contact you.

03 | ONE OF ONE

Each Raw Pearlz creation is individually handmade and may incorporate repurposed materials, mixed textiles, hand-painted elements, unique embellishments and artistic detailing. Slight variations in color, texture, pattern, placement and finishing are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. These differences are what make your piece uniquely yours. One of one. Just like you.

04 | RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind and made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, natural variations in handmade pieces, or incorrect sizing information provided by the customer. Please review all product information carefully and contact us with any questions before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review your request and work with you toward an appropriate resolution. Please do not return an item without first contacting Raw Pearlz and receiving return instructions.
